Individual Therapy | 55 minute session - $160

To make therapy more accessible, I do offer a sliding scale. The sliding scale rate will depend on your financial situation/status. I am very open to discussing this further. Please feel free to reach out for more details.

I accept insurance (Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross) as well as the EAP plan Lyra. I am also an out-of-network provider. As an out-of-network provider, it is up to you to contact your insurance to see if they will cover your sessions. I can then give you a superbill every month that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Each policy is unique and it is important to discuss the specifications of your plan with your insurance to confirm what you may qualify for.

Cancellation Policy

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. For example, if your session was on a 10am on Monday, even if I don't work weekends, you must cancel by 10am the day before (Sunday) to avoid a $100 late cancellation fee. A no-show will also result in a $100 no-show fee.
